SHIPPING & RETURNS
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are free standard delivery within the UK.
Shipping is Royal Mail First class recorded. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days following the day the order was placed.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery. We will not be liable for lost deliveries that have been confirmed "Delivered" on the tracking page.
NOTICE (COVID 19): You may experience delays in shipping times due to the current pandemic situation.
ORDER TRACKING: Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number to easily track your shipment.

RETURNS
We value quality and customer experience. All our products are packed and inspected in house prior to dispatch.
Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of our products we cannot accept returns.
We will accept returns or exchanges at our discretion for items that are delivered faulty or damaged or incorrect from the order that was placed.

To be eligible for a refund you must contact us within 14 days from the receipt of your order. Your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be returned in their original product packaging and all labels/ tags attached. Product boxes must not be defaced/ deformed or marked in anyway.
All products returned should have an RMA number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
We regret that we cannot cover return postage costs and returns are to be posted back at the customers' expense. We ask that you use a recorded delivery service.
Refunds and exchanges are made within 14 days of our receipt of the item.
The original payment method used for payment will be credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Please follow these steps to return your items:
Contact customerservices@mirarilife.com within 14 days of receiving your order and state your reason for request with accompanying photographs.
You will be given an RMA Number (Returns Merchandise Authorisation Number).
Products should be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number, they should be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund or exchange.
All products must be returned via recorded delivery - returns sent in any other way may not be credited.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed - this may take up to 14 days.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange the product purchased simply specify the new product you require at the time of requesting your RMA number.
The product will then be dispatched to you on receipt of your return and, if necessary, once the balance payment has been received or refunded.
If we don't have the required product in stock you can request to be added to our waiting list and notified once the product is back in stock.
LATE RETURNS
Products should be received by Mirari Life within 14 days of the date of your RMA request.
Returns outside these time frames may be accepted only at our descretion and may only be refunded as a credit note.
Please note that RMA numbers requested after 14 days may be granted at our discretion.
Please read returns policy on the ‘Returns’ section. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All refunds will be made in the same currency as the related purchase.
Mirari Life will not be liable for any loss this may cause due to fluctuations in exchange rates or any other related reason causing the value of the refund to be less than the sum originally paid.
